Our website is hosted by one.com, a service of group.ONE Germany GmbH, Zeppelinstraße 15, 14471 Potsdam, Germany. When you visit our website, server log files are processed automatically (e.g., IP address, date and time of access, pages viewed, browser type/version, operating system). This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and to ensure stability and security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website).

6. Appointment booking via Microsoft Bookings
We offer the option to schedule appointments online. For this purpose, we use Microsoft Bookings, provided by Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd., One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.
When you open the booking function, a connection to Microsoft servers is established. Technical information (e.g., IP address, timestamp, browser information) is processed to provide the booking feature. When you book an appointment, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, phone number and request details) is processed to organise and conduct the appointment.
Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in efficient appointment organisation).
Microsoft may transfer data to third countries, in particular the United States. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8. Data processing agreements
We have data processing agreements (Art. 28 GDPR) with the service providers used, in particular group.ONE (one.com hosting) and Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings).
